This is a ''Time to Simplify'' sale, period, end of story. Soils are say, 50% well drained, 40%moderately drained, and 10% poorly drained. The all wooded land is half former pasture with 20-25 years hardwood growth, and the other half is very nice, mature, well stocked, pine and hardwood timber.
